Ingredients

  • Cornflour - 2 tbsp
  • Water - 1 cup
  • Olive Oil - 2 tbsp
  • Nutritional Yeast - 2 tsp
  • Black Salt - 3/4 tsp
  • Turmeric - 1/4 tsp

Instructions

  1. Put the cornflour into a bowl, add the water and whisk.
  2. Pour mixture into a saucepan and place on a low heat.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir.
  4. When the sauce starts to thicken, take it off the heat. You are aiming for a slightly gloopy consistency to resemble egg yolk. Be warned it will get super thick, super quick!
  5. Pour into your vegan egg cups and serve with toasted bread soldiers. Dip away!
