Ingredients

  • For the Hummus
  • Butterbeans - 400g
  • Tahini - 1 Tbsp
  • Garlic - 1 Clove
  • Juice of 1 large Lemon
  • A drizzle of Olive Oil, a handful of Chives and Salt & Pepper to garnish
  • For the Tortilla Chips
  • Tortilla Wrap - 1
  • A drizzle of Oil
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions

Hummus Recipe

Place the Butterbeans, Tahini, Garlic Clove and Lemon Juice into a food processor until combined and smooth.

Scoop into a serving bowl and drizzle with Oil. Add the Chives and Salt & Pepper.

Serve with homemade Tortillas Chips.

Tortilla Chips Recipe

Preheat oven 180C

Coat the tortilla wrap in oil and sprinkle with salt (you can also add a sprinkle of Smoked Paprika if you like them spicy). Do this to both sides of the wrap.

Cut the wrap into 12 nacho-type pieces and place on a baking tray.

Make sure the tortillas are not touching one another and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.

Leave to cool slightly before serving.

Serve with your butterbean hummus.
