Vegan Whipped Cream

This Vegan Whipped Coconut Cream is so simple and easy to make. Only two ingredients and hardly any preparation. Perfect on desserts and scones.

Ingredients

1 Can of Full Fat Coconut Milk or Cream

1/2 cups Icing Sugar

Directions

1Place the can of coconut milk in the refrigerator overnight, this allows the cream to separate from the coconut water.

2Once ready, scoop the cream part of the can into a bowl and whisk for 30 seconds.

3Add the icing sugar and whisk for a further 2 - 3 minutes until the cream forms a soft peak.

4Enjoy with scones and jam.
