Green Vie won the BBC Good Food Award for Best Vegan Mozzarella for eating uncooked 🏆
Green Vie are debuting their award-winning Vegan Mozzarella at Tesco nationwide from the 6th of July.
GreenVie Foods vegan mozzarella tastes, melts and functions similar to its dairy counterpart and so can be used in the same way as dairy cheeses in any recipes that call for traditional mozzarella.
Green Vie pride themselves in being able to create a health focused Vegan-friendly Brand and ensure that all their products taste as close to the dairy-based original as possible.
All Green Vie products are registered by the Vegan Society and are free from gluten, dairy, soya, palm oil, nuts and preservatives.
They only use natural flavours and colouring and their products have been enriched with Vitamin B12 and olive extract antioxidants
Green Vie’s environmentally friendly packaging is made from recyclable paper and can also be recycled. They use minimal plastic and are currently in the process of substituting it with biodegradable film packaging once the technology matures.
