Who said that BBQ’s are for meat-eaters only? A well known vegan food company are proving this stereotype wrong by organising a world record attempt for the biggest ever vegan BBQ.
Form an orderly BBQ
Being nicknamed the BVQ, this unique event will be completey free and will take place in Birmingham, a city that is becoming more vegan friendly by the week.
The first event of its kind, BVQ will take place during half term on Wednesday 30 May in celebration of National BBQ Week.
Fry’s Family Food Co. are the organisers & sponsors of the event and encourage as many vegans and non-vegans alike to come down and take part.
Fry’s have been supplying vegans and vegetarians alike with the best plant-based meats & foods since 1991, and they will be giving away over 1000 plant-based hot dogs and burgers for this world record attempt.

You can take part in the vegan BVQ world record attempt. Head down to East Side Park in Birmingham between 11am and 3pm on Wednesday May 30 May.
