Give the gift of vegan food this Christmas

Christmas shopping need not be difficult, it can be as simple as sending a surprise box of festive vegan goodies to your loved ones over the internet. Vegan foodie and activist, Leanne Rae, reviews the ultimate Vegan Christmas Selection Box.

How many of us each year give Christmas gifts to our loved ones, which you just know that they don’t like or will never use? Why not just give vegan sweets & treats as a present instead?

Edible gifts are the way forward, your friends & family will eat them with a smile on their faces and think of you. The Vegan Kind Christmas Selection Box is the ultimate festive gift, for yourself or others (if you can face giving it away). It’s packed with a mixture of indulgent, sweet goodies and not one of them disappoints. I may or may not have eaten everything in the box within 48 hours…Here’s a sneak peek and description of everything you can look forward to if you purchase this box of amazing-ness:

Foods Of Athenry Caramel Rocky Road Bar

Belgian chocolate ganache, caramel biscuits and fluffy marshmallows. What’s not to love here? As well as being vegan, this delightful little bar is also gluten free and wheat free

Goupie’s Dark Chocolate Honeycomb

A vegan version of a well-known honeycomb and chocolate bar, only much better!

Loving Earth Caramel Chocolate

Hard to believe that this is made only of coconut nectar, cashews, coconut and cacao butter. Creamy, delicious and moreish. Who says chocolate can’t be a wholefood?

Rhythm 108 Sweet ‘n’ Salty Almond Mylk Chocolate Bar

This might have been my favourite item from the box. It’s organic, gluten free and mighty tasty. I think I might be in love.

Goupie Mini A Taste Of Christmas

This was like a mini Christmas party in my mouth. The combination of chocolate, candied citrus fruits, candied cherries, crystallised ginger, cranberries, allspice and cinnamon left me feeling all festive.

Divine Dark Chocolate Coins

The best chocolate coins you’ll ever taste. Divine chocolate is a cut above the rest.

Vegan Candy Cane

Well, it wouldn’t be Christmas without a candy cane! A welcome taste of nostalgia.
Apart from it only costing £12, the beauty of this box and their other subscription boxes, is trying amazing products that you might not have known about or heard of before. The Vegan Kind is run by a wonderful vegan family, who are supported by equally wonderful vegan staff. They have donated thousands of pounds to a huge variety of charities since they began in 2013.
Not keen on the Christmas Selection box? Maybe some luxury vegan hot chocolate is more your thing?
