Easy No Oil Hummus

Hummus, the glue that holds us plant eaters together. People head out in their droves to buy tubs and tubs of this middle eastern chickpea paste every week, but it really is very cheap and super simple to make yourself.

The best thing about homemade hummus is that you know exactly what’s in it. It’s no lie that shop bought hummus contains huge amounts of oil, but it doesn’t have to. Tahini (sesame seed paste) contains all the fat you need to make this delicious dip.

Enjoy this delicious hummus knowing that you are not eating too much oil. This recipe uses our secret ingredient Almond Milk to give the texture and consistency that oil would give in other recipes.
