Plymouth’s only vegan restaurant grabs a top spot on an anti-animal-cruelty charity’s list of best vegan-friendly restaurants.

Three years ago Becca Speare and Joe Wadge decided to open a restaurant with a simple ethos – it had be cruelty free and 100 per cent vegan. Samphire Brasserie launched in 2013 with Joe innovating in the kitchen and Becca charming customers front of house and making sure .
