This amazing news could be down to the fact that veganism in the UK is growing at an exponential rate. In two years the number of vegans in the UK has grown by 700% and now it’s said there are over 3.5million vegans in Britain.

Other companies that are taking it on themselves to expand their vegan menu of late are Virgin Trains that have just added a new vegan hot breakfast for morning commuters and TGI Fridays who have just started catering for vegans.
