Decent texture, very strong smokey flavour so your mileage may vary. Most hold it as their favourite Vegan cheese mind but I do prefer something more versatile.
Love this cheese, appart from the texture being a wee bit different bits pretty much how I remember the non vegan version. Melts really well so good on lasagne or mac and cheese, great on a cracker, salad or sandwich it’s so versatile. I tend not to buy it to often because I eat the whole block in a day 😂
What separates this delicious creamy vegan cheese are the unique smoky taste (delicious) and the fact that it melts beautifully. A good melting vegan cheese has been the holy grail and Applewood has done it. It’s another coconut based cheese which ticks the boxes for anyone who eats free from dairy, soya or gluten. It’s fortified with B12 and calcium too.
