A UK cake company launch a vegan egg replacer for baking into the supermarkets.
Oggs, well known for their ready-made cakes and cupcakes in the UK, have brought out an egg replacer that is made from the water of chickpeas.
It was discovered some years back that the left over water from a tin of chickpeas has enough protein in to mimic egg whites in baking. And since then has revolutionized the vegan baking world.
