Directions
1Preheat your oven to 180°C/160°C fan & line a large baking tray with grease proof paper
2Cream the sugar, vegan butter & condensed coconut milk together in a large bowl
3Mix in the flour until you have a soft dough then fold in the chocolate chips
4Roll the dough into 12 small balls then spread them out on the lined baking tray & flatten them very slightly (make sure to leave enough room in between each one- they spread out a lot when cooking!)
5Place in the oven & bake for 12-15 minutes until just golden (they should seem under done when you take them out, they'll firm up a lot as they cool)
