1pour plant milk into a bowl
2combine flour, spices & a very generous amount of salt & black pepper in a shallow bowl
3dip each mushroom into the plant milk then transfer to the flour mixture to coat- repeat this step twice for each mushroom to achieve an extra crispy coating
4deep or shallow fry for about 6-8 minutes until golden brown & extra crispy
5drain any excess oil then add to a bowl with the buffalo sauce & toss to coat
6toast your buns then assemble with lettuce leaves, buffalo shroom pieces, sliced gherkins & vegan mayo
