Chilli Cheeze Burger

1Fry your burger patties according to packet instructions then, when you flip the burger, top with Mexicana vegan cheese, cover & cook until the burger is cooked through & the cheese is melted
2For the onions: add a generous amount of oil to a frying pan over a high heat then add the onions & fry until golden & crisp
3To assemble: toast your buns then layer with vegan mayo, lettuce, a cheeze topped patty, jalapenos & crispy onions then spread chilli jam on the top bun, top your burger & enjoy!
