Future Farm Tuna Pasta Bake

Directions

1Start by cooking your pasta according to package instructions

2While the pasta is cooking, flake your Future Farm Tuna

3Once everything else is prepared, start making the sauce

4Heat the butter in a pot until melted before whisking in the flour

5Gradually add the soya milk until it's all gone and the roux has thickened up

6Add around 3/4 of the cheese and stir until melted

7Season with salt and pepper and add the Dijon Mustard

8Add the pasta, sweetcorn, tuna and parsley to the sauce

9Add the pasta to a baking dish, top with remaining cheese and bake for around 20 minutes until the cheese has melted
