Rocky Road Chocolate Fudge

A quick and easy way to make the most delicious fudge with a rocky road twist.

Ingredients

1 tin Nature’s Charm Condensed Oat Milk

400g dark chocolate (70%), roughly chopped

200g digestive biscuits, lightly broken up

100g mini vegan marshmallows

100g raisins, dried cranberries or any dried fruit

50g nuts, chopped

Directions

1Put the dark chocolate and the condensed oat milk into a large glass bowl and place them over a pan of barely simmering water. Stir the chocolate and the condensed milk together until melted and smooth, then remove from the heat.

2Add the crushed biscuits, marshmallows, fruit, and nuts to the chocolate mixture and stir everything together until completely coated.

3Spoon the rocky road mix into a parchment-lined 7inch square tin and spread it out evenly to all corners. Then place the tin in the fridge for 2-3 hours until chilled and firm.

4Remove the rocky road fudge from the tin, cut into portions and serve at room temperature.
