Brighton to Scotland in one day? We drive to the Scottish N500 – North Coast 500 to start Van Life Scotland On this road trip we ate delicious ( advanced taste test ) vegan cheesecakes on the way, and found a great Van park-up for the night We can’t wait to start the NC500 and begin vegan Van Life UK in our Ford Transit Campervan Our intentions are to list all the plant-based Vegan Food we find on the way also, which we hope Will help with your journey around the UK and Scotland We intend to free camp and wild camp as much as possible on our van life adventures, so we can save money and do more.
