High street chain Greggs has added two new vegan breakfast rolls to their menu.

After the success of the Vegan Sausage Roll, they have continued to add more vegan-friendly products throughout the last year.

They created further media interest with the launch of the Vegan Steak Bake and despite disappointing fans, by discontinuing its sale in Greggs stores they replaced it with the Vegan Sausage, Bean & Cheeze melt.

Greggs also expanded the range to include a Vegan Ham & Cheeze baguette, and a Vegan Sausage Breakfast Roll and have now added the Vegan Bacon Breakfast Roll, a Vegan Bacon & Sausage Breakfast Roll, and vegan-friendly Hash Browns.

Vegan Food UK Team Member Millie Barker tried the new Bacon Bap (£1.90) this morning, and this is what she thought of it: ‘The breakfast butties are made using Greggs corn topped rolls which are so soft, those mixed with the salty, smokey vegan bacon is a marriage made in vegan heaven, I added ketchup to mine and it took it to the next level
