Ingredients
Duckless Joint (58%) [Water, Soya Protein Isolate [Soya Protein Isolate, Wheat Gluten, Wheat Starch], Sunflower Oil, Flavourings, Yeast Extract, Spirit Vinegar Powder, Pea Fibre, Yeast, Garlic Powder, Tomato Powder, Caramelised Sugar Powder, Onion Powder, Sugar, Ginger, Sea Salt, Colours (Plain Caramel, Paprika Extract), Stabiliser (Methyl Cellulose), Salt, Aniseed, Black Pepper Extract], Chinese Style Pancakes (23%) [Fortified Wheat Flour [Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin (B3), Thiamin (B1)], Water, Rapeseed Oil, Salt], Chinese Barbecue Style Sauce (19%) [Sugar, Water, Rice Vinegar, Fennel Seeds, Onion Powder, Spices, Beetroot Powder, Smoked Water, Garlic Powder, Cornflour, Caramelised Sugar Powder, Paprika Extract, Ginger Extract]

Microwave – From Chilled: Place the pancakes in their wrapper on a microwavable plate. Do not pierce the wrapper. Heat on full power for 30 seconds (700W), 20 seconds (900W). Allow bag to deflate slightly and heat again for a further 20 seconds (700W), 20 seconds (900W). Allow to stand for 1 minute and cut open carefully with scissors. Serve with the cooked duckless joint and sauce.

Shallow Fry – From Chilled: Medium-High / 10-12 Mins
Remove sleeve, film, pack of pancakes and sauce sachet from tray. Heat a little oil in a pan. Fry the duckless joint for 8-10 minutes, breaking up into smaller pieces in the pan whilst frying. Drizzle over the sauce and fry for a further 2 minutes.
