Vegan Cornbread

Cornbread is absolutely fantastic with chilli, stews, soups...pretty much anything with gravy or sauce.
This recipe is so easy and ready in 40 minutes, start to finish.
Expanded from Forks Over Knives
Directions
1Preheat oven to 200C
2In a large bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients (bar the milled flax seeds)
3In a separate bowl, mix together all the wet ingredients (including the milled flax seeds), and let sit for 5 minutes.
4Meanwhile line a small baking tin with parchment paper
5Now stir the wet mix into the dry mix until it forms a sticky doughy consistency. Then press it down into the lined baking tin, and bake for 30mins.
6The bread is done when it goes slightly golden on top and a toothpick or skewer dips in & out cleanly. Leave to cool on a wire rack, then cut into squares
