Cooked Wheatberries And White Quinoa In A Pesto Style Paste
Cooked Wheatberries (68%) (Water, 𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐭 Berry), Cooked White Quinoa (24%) (Water, White Quinoa), Sunflower Oil, Basil (1.5%), Salt, Flavourings, Sugar, Garlic Purée, Spirit Vinegar, Stabiliser: Guar Gum; Parsley, Turmeric, Black Pepper, Fenugreek Seeds, Cornflour, Dried Garlic, Maize Starch, Coconut Oil, Modified Potato Starch, 𝐎𝐚𝐭 Fibre, Modified Maize Starch, Thickener: Carrageenan; Yeast Extract, Acidity Regulators: Lactic Acid, Sodium Lactate; Colour: Carotenes.
Can be eaten hot or cold. MICROWAVE: 750W – 2 Minutes 850W – 2 Minutes 1000W – 1 Minute 30 Seconds Squeeze pouch gently to separate grains. Tear or cut the top of the pouch by about 2cm. Place the pouch upright in the microwave and heat for the time specified. Remove the pouch from microwave and tear open. Place the grains on a plate and fluff up with a fork. Serve Immediately. HEAT – 2 to 3 minutes. Squeeze pouch to separate the grains. Place 45ml of water into a saucepan and bring to the boil. Add the contents of the pouch, cover and simmer gently for 2-3 minutes, or until all the water is absorbed. Fluff up grains with a fork and serve immediately. Ensure the product is thoroughly heated and piping hot throughout.
