Chocolate Fudge & Hazelnut Buns

1In a mixing bowl, add in your dry ingredients (flour, salt, yeast) and combine. Make a well in the middle of the dry mix and pour in the milk and maple syrup. Mix together with a wooden spoon and knead on a flat surface for 10 minutes until the dough 'springs back' when you make it into a ball and poke it.
2Leave to prove for 60-90 minutes in a warm place, this should double in size.
3Preheat your oven to 160 degrees Celsius (fan oven).
4Roll out your dough into a large rectangle and spoon and spread over the Nature's Charm Coconut Chocolate Fudge sauce and then sprinkle over the chopped hazelnuts. Starting with the dough nearest to you, roll the dough rectangle 'upwards' until you have a long chocolate-y dough sausage.
5Cut the dough into equal bun rounds. Pop these onto a non stick baking tray or dish, or even use a deep pie tray. Bake in your oven for 25 minutes or until the dough is golden brown on top. Pop in a skewer to check the dough is cooked all the way through. Cool slightly and dig in!
