Directions

1Make a batter by whisking the plain flour, cornmeal, baking powder and oat milk together.

2Now coat your Evolution sausage in cornflour (this will help the batter stick), insert a skewer and dip into the mix.

3Deep fry until golden brown all over, then serve with topping of your choice.
