Sweet & Sour Chick'n
1First, mix the cornflour with the garlic + onion powder, then coat the chick'n pieces. Shallow fry until crispy and set aside.
2Now mix the sauce, by combining the garlic, ginger, lemon juice, pineapple juice, vinegar and sugar in a saucepan. Heat through until the sugar melts and the sauce starts to become thick and sticky.
3Slice the red onion and cut the green pepper into square pieces, then add to a frying pan in hot sesame oil. Once softened add the pineapple chunks and the chilli flakes.
4Once the vegetables are ready, combine with the chick'n and sauce and you are ready to serve!
Lemon Chick'n
1Gently fry the chick'n pieces in a little oil until golden, then set to one side.
2Add all the remaining ingredients to a pan and cook on a low heat. Stir constantly until the sauce is thick and without lumps.
3Add the chick'n pieces and continue to cook for 5 minutes. Then it's ready to serve!
