Ingredients
1 pack of Tofu
2 tbsp of sesame oil
4 garlic cloves finely chopped
125ml hoisin sauce
2 tbsp of dark soy suace
4 spring onions chopped
To serve
Avocado
quinoa
shredded carrot
edamame beans
Directions
1Heat the sesame oil, add garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
2Add hoisin sauce and soy sauces. Add tofu cubes and mix until tofu is coated. Cook for a further 5 minutes or until tofu is the desired texture and serve.
