Iceland celebrates world vegan month by offering students 50% off vegan ranges.

Until 30 November, Iceland is offering students 50% off selected vegan products for world vegan month. To get this deal, you have to have the Iceland bonus app and a form of student ID.

The discount is available for Items such and the fry’s plant range, Oumph! Vegan range, The no meat company, Like meat and more. The Greggs items are not included in this deal.

In summer, Iceland nearly doubled their frozen vegan options after going into a partnership with LiveKindly. As a result, the LiveKindly brands rolled out in almost 1000 Iceland stores across the UK.

Andrew Staniland, Iceland’s trading director, said, ‘We’ve seen substantial growth in meat-free sales and are committed to offering our customers a broad choice of meat-free meal solutions for every meal occasion’.

This discount will encourage many students to go meat-free this November and try out all of the vegan ranges Iceland has to offer. It would be great to see other supermarkets do the same.

Do you know anyone who would love to use this discount?
