Plant Kitchen was launched in 2018 by Marks and Spencer and on their website they say: “Our bestselling Plant Kitchen range includes tasty vegan dishes that mean you’ll never have to compromise.”

Their initial range included Cauliflower Popcorn Bites, No-Beef Burgers, and No Tuna & Sweetcorn and No Egg & Watercress sandwiches and then later on M&S launched a vegan jelly, battered fishless goujons, Greek-style cubes in brine, no-chicken Kievs and much much more!
