Not Chicken Tikka Masala

An easy to make at home version of the classic take away dish without the animals!

Ingredients

Directions

1Put the soya chunks into a heat proof bowl along with the other ingredients and pour boiled water over the top to rehydrate them and leave for 15 mins

2Once rehydrated, drains and squeeze excess liquid out of the chunks

1Fry the onion off on a medium heat for a few minutes then add the garlic and ginger and cooking for a minute

2Add the spices and the rehydrated soya chunks and mix well

3Add the tomato paste and give everything a mix before adding the passata and water and cook out for 5 minutes and then add the cream

4Simmer for a few minutes until it has thickened up

5Serve with rice
