This week saw new products from Tesco, M&S, This, and more.
Number 1, M&S Panda Buns
M&S Launched limited edition Panda Buns, The super cute steamed buns are filled with hoisin mushrooms and easy to cook, pop in the microwave for 90 seconds and they are done. The buns can be frozen which is perfect to save some for a special snack as they are limited edition so stock up while you can. Perfect to serve with a dipping sauce or as a starter or side.
Number 2, Wicked Kitchen Breakfast Patties
Wicked Kitchen, founded by the Sarno brothers, launched a new breakfast patty into Tesco stores this week. Priced at £2.50 for 4 Patties these are perfect for a breakfast muffin. The Patties join other Wicked Kitchen products in Tesco such as the Jalapeno Patties, a range of ready meals, and cooking ingredients such as sauces and spice blends.

Number 3, This Isn’t Pork
This launched three pork style products this week, This Isn’t Pork Pigs In Blankets (£4.50), This Isn’t Pork Mini Sausages (£3.50), and This Isn’t Pork Sage & Apple Stuffing (£3). This Isn’t already have a range of chicken-style and bacon-style meat substitutes.
Number 4, We Love Cake
The We Love Cake tubs come in two flavours, Choc-A-Bloc, chocolate topped mini flapjacks, and Crunch ‘N’ Crisp, toffee crispy mini bites. Both are available in Sainsbury’s at £2.00 introductory price.
Number 5, Meatless Farm Chicken Burgers
Meatless Farm launched a new pack of two vegan chicken burgers this week, made from pea protein and coated in a seasoned breadcrumb these burgers work in a bun, sliced in a salad, or topped with katsu sauce. The Chicken Burgers are exclusive to Tesco and are priced at £2.50 for a pack of two.
Number 6, Linda McCartney’s Vegetarian Fish Goujons
Although there was a frozen version of these Linda McCartney have launched a chilled version of the popular fish alternative. The goujons are made from soya and wheat protein and coated in a lemon and parsley breadcrumb. Available from Tesco for £2.50 from the chilled section.
Number 7, Tesco Plant Chef Additions
Tesco’s Plant Chef brand dropped a load of new additions this week. They included No Moo-zzerella Sticks (£2), Meat-Free Mini Pasties (£2), Sticky Chilli Cauliflower Bites (£2), and Meat-Free Sweet Chilli Pieces (£2.50). The Plant Chef range stocks a wide variety of products to suit most budgets including frozen, chilled and canned goods.
Number 8, M&S Plant Kitchen
In addition to the naturally vegan Panda Buns we already mentioned, M&S added to the Plant Kitchen range and launched No Chicken Gyoza (£2.75), Mini Battered No Fishcakes (£5), No Chorizo Pigs In Duvets (£5), No Pork BBQ Bon Bons (£5), and more. Several of these items such as the No Chorizo Pigs in Duvets look like the start of the festive range launching into stores.
