Organic, non-GMO Tempeh producers, Club Cultured, have revealed that their product now features in two new dishes at a nationwide restaurant chain.
Available now at Rosa’s Thai, which serves authentic, fresh Thai food across its 29 locations are:
The Chu Chi Tempeh Curry which can be found on the specials menu. It is mouth-wateringly described as ‘Organic Tempeh drenched in our thick red curry sauce with fresh chillies & shredded kaffir lime leaves.’
And a refreshed Rosa’s classic, Fresh Summer Rolls, featuring ‘Rice paper stuffed with marinated Tempeh, mixed veg, tangy-sweet tamarind sauce & herbs, served with homemade sweet chilli & crushed peanuts dipping sauce.’
If that doesn’t tempt you enough, Club Cultured Co-Founder Harry Watmough gave the curry a huge thumbs up, declaring to Vegan Food UK, ‘honestly, this is one of the best Tempeh dishes we have tried to date’.
